"We fell in love with this venue & Doug & Christi Hearne right away. We live in Waxhaw & it was the first place we checked out after getting engaged. After they said that we would get the whole weekend & really the whole week before to setup at a really great price & that they would help us in anyway possible, we were sold! It was mainly because they treated us like we were family from the beginning. We had complete freedom to design and decorate their property however we wished, which is really pretty unheard of. They also helped us decorate and set up! They're awesome son Mahlon, played acoustic guitar for our ceremony and is really talented. I LOVE how our wedding turned out.
